From contractors (account holders): name, business name, email, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), trade, and region.
From leads (a contractor's customers, via a shared link):whatever they submit on the estimate form — name, email, phone, address, job description, and the photos they upload. A lead does not create an account and doesn't need to give any information beyond what the form asks for.
Lead photos and descriptions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate an AI scope/quantity estimate, which is then priced using the contractor's own rates. That data is stored so the contractor can review, price, and follow up on the request, and so we can generate a branded PDF estimate on request. We don't sell contractor or lead data, and we don't use it to train our own models.
Account and estimate data lives in a Postgres database (Neon). Uploaded photos are stored via Vercel Blob. Transactional email (signup confirmation, estimate-ready notices) is sent through Zoho Mail. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe — we don't store full card numbers ourselves.
We share data only with the service providers above, as needed to operate Fast Snap Pro (Anthropic for AI processing, Vercel for hosting/storage, Zoho for email, Stripe for billing), and only to the extent required for them to perform that function.
Contractors can edit or delete price book items and deactivate share links at any time from the dashboard. To request deletion of your account or a lead's submitted data, email info@fastsnappro.com.
