Fast Snap Pro is operated by HYPERSMARTY LLC ("we," "us"). It lets contractors send a link to a lead, who uploads photos and a description of a job; we use AI (via Anthropic) to scope the job from those photos, and price it using the contractor's own rates. By creating an account or using Fast Snap Pro, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts are billed as recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. Access to the dashboard requires an active subscription. You can view your plan, change it, or cancel it at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; we don't automatically prorate or refund partial periods unless required by law.
Each plan is licensed for a specific number of user logins and a specific number of monthly AI estimate requests, both shown on the Pricing page and in Settings. "Unlimited" language, where used, refers to estimate requests within a plan's stated monthly cap — not to account size, number of users, or number of businesses on one account.
Basic and Pro are single-login plans; Enterprise is licensed for up to 5 logins. Sharing one login's credentials across more people, crews, or locations than your plan's login limit, or operating what is functionally more than one business under a single account, is outside a plan's fair-use terms. We monitor account activity (including login patterns) for usage consistent with this kind of sharing. If we detect it, we may contact you to upgrade to a plan sized for your team, and — if usage continues after that outreach, or in cases of clear abuse — throttle, suspend, or cancel the account, with no obligation to refund the current billing period.
AI-generated scope and pricing is a starting point based on submitted photos and descriptions, priced using the contractor's own configured rates. It is not a substitute for a professional in-person assessment, and neither the contractor nor Fast Snap Pro guarantees the accuracy of an AI-derived estimate. Contractors are responsible for reviewing estimates before sending them to a lead.
Don't use Fast Snap Pro to submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content; to impersonate someone else; to attempt to access another company's data; or to interfere with the service's normal operation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — including the fair-use terms in Section 3 — or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the service or other users.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYPERSMARTY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Fast Snap Pro.
